This is a small bail, about 8mm tall. It has a small 3mm pad. supposedly you are supposed to glue that to something. I have to admit being skeptical that that is enough surface area to really securely glue anything to it. I would think soft soldering would be better. These are gold plated. Hmm,,,,photo seems to be upside down.
