This is a glass cabochon, hard to see but is well domed, the image has been applied to the back. A white porcelain looking glaze has then been applied to permanently seal the image. This would make a nice centerpiece. It fits standard 40x30 settings. We have a number of these style designs, A lot of the images show white spots on them. This is the camera flash in the photo, not a flaw.
