This setting is either raw steel or a nickel plated steel. Hard for me to tell. It is very inexpensive compared to the other settings we sell. It would be suitable to use as is or if you wanted to have it plated with a certain finish it is ready to go to the plater.  This has no pin on it, but it does have lots of open spaces to hang things from.
